How do I send a fax?
Open Fax Send and tap the Send Fax button. Choose a document from your files, photos or cloud storage — or scan a paper document with your camera. Enter the destination fax number (with country code for international), preview the document, and tap Send.
Which countries can I send faxes to?
Fax Send supports delivery to more than 60 countries worldwide. Just enter the recipient's fax number with the appropriate country code and the app will route it through our global fax network.
How do I add a signature to my document?
In the document preview screen, tap the Edit or Sign tool. Draw your signature with your finger (or Apple Pencil), place it where you need it on the page, and save. You can also edit or add text where needed before sending.
How do I check if my fax was delivered?
Open the History tab to see every fax you have sent along with its delivery status — Delivered, Sent or Failed. You can search past faxes to quickly find what you need.
What file formats can I send?
Fax Send accepts PDF, TXT and PNG files, plus documents scanned with your camera or imported from Photos, iCloud Drive, or other document sources on your iPhone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, select Fax Send and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Are my documents stored on your servers?
No. Document content is transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored permanently on our servers after delivery is complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What iOS version is required?
Fax Send runs on recent versions of iOS and iPadOS. Check the App Store listing for the current minimum iOS requirement.
